Hello all,
I'm back with my philosophy. "Philosophy"- frivolous usage of this term gives it a very simple meaning. It is used synonymously with the terms like "outlook", "belief", "principle". But I believe "philosophy" is something beyond that. It is not just a path that one follows in life. It is like a strong ground on which one stands for his entire lifetime. It is the very root of a man's identity.
Strangely though, most people today have lost this very anchoring ground, including myself. It is true enough. Most people today lead a superficial life that take its own course with time. People are driven by money, they take pleasure in taking part in corporate gossip, they feel relaxed by a bit of love from near ones, and always in fear of getting rejected by so called "perfect" members who wants you to be "perfect" enough to fit into their "perfect" society.
Dam! that's not how human should be. Human are meant to be human; not a living representation of robots!
I've seen a good many people getting confused on what they want out of life and what ultimately matters to them. I've seen spend a lifetime on taking small but important decisions in life.
1. Should I shift to another job at present?
2. Is this the right time for me to go for marriage?
3. Did I look impressive enough when my prospective mother-in-law met me?
4. Was my interview perfect?
5. Did I overspend this month?
6. Is this dress right for the party?
7. Is my date avoiding me for the past few days?
Needless to mention all these questions bug people because people are basically insecure. This insecurity creeps from the day when they try to memorize their lesson hard so that the teacher do not punish him in class or make him sit on knees in front of junior classes. Our education system is not equipped enough to manifest the personality of a child. In turn, it cripples his confidence and judges his capabilities on his memorizing power. This ultimately makes him nothing less that an encyclopedia of knowledge.
The excellence of a person lies on the depth of his personality and on the number that appears on his monthly payslip.
